Together with Architects Smalley & Hales, we tackled the challenge of sensitively replacing the redundant school buildings previously on the site.

As a result, Haslemere Heights suits buyers seeking a luxury, modern home within walking distance of Haslemere town centre and its daily amenities. Located on Hill Road, the development sits in a desirable leafy setting and backs onto the recreation ground, which offers bowls, tennis, and cricket.

Furthermore, careful planning and consultation ensured the development respected the Surrey Hills AONB, local character, and natural topography. Thoughtful architectural adjustments created striking elevations and enhanced visual interest, ultimately enriching this important setting.
