The first computer-generated image of Runnymede’s new development, Songhurst Meadow in Wisborough Green, has been released.
The scheme of 22 new homes will include one, two, three and four-bedroom properties with a lovely outlook over open field public space. Six of the homes are to be available on a Shared Equity Tenure, aimed at providing affordable homes to meet the local need. The remainder of the development will provide a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes designed to complement the character of the village.
