Dryden Court Wins Commendation at the Guildford Design Awards!

Dryden Court has been recognised at the Guildford Design Awards, receiving a Commendation in the Multiple Housing category (up to 30 homes). This achievement highlights the exceptional design quality and meticulous craftsmanship that defined the project from concept to completion. Developed in close partnership with Fluid London Architects and delivered by Giles and the talented team at Runnymede, Dryden Court showcases how creative collaboration can shape outstanding residential environments.
