We are undoubtedly thrilled to share this amazing news that our Alvaston development has won the 2023 Guildford Design Award! Winning the award for multiple housing of up to 30 homes. The awards, organised by The Guildford Society and The Guildford Borough Council recognise and reward excellence in architecture, urban design, planning and public art across the borough.

Importantly, our development Alvaston was praised at these awards by the judges as the standout winner in this category. Above all, they were particularly impressed by the unique modern design. Our design was to stimulate and delight users, visitors and passers by. Along with meeting the key judging criteria, Alvaston has also made a positive contribution to its immediate environment through the striking architecture by SDd Architects. Coupled with creating a fine landmark in Guildford.
