Runnymede Homes has developed fine quality new homes for nearly 50 years in the boroughs within Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire and in doing so has developed an enviable reputation in the industry for our performance and our ethics.

Our focus is on identifying suitable plots of land in the best locations to which we can apply the expertise and skills of our planners and architects to optimise the use of the land and obtain planning permission.
